Our minimum for screen printing is 24 pieces. For smaller orders (under 24), we recommend DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers — same great quality, no minimums.
We can print up to 8 colors per location. Each color requires a separate screen, so pricing is based on the number of ink colors in your design. We'll help you get the best look within your budget.
Absolutely. We use an underbase (white ink layer beneath your colors) to make designs pop on dark garments. The result is bold, opaque, and vibrant — even on black shirts.
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are ideal. We also accept high-resolution PNG and PSD files. Don't have print-ready artwork? Our design team can help prepare your files.

Screen printing uses stencils and ink pressed through mesh — it's the best value for 24+ piece orders with up to 8 colors. DTF uses a digital film transfer and works for any quantity, any number of colors. We'll help you choose the right method.
